This policy explains what DealLens LLC (“we,” “us”) collects when you use rundeallens.com (the “Service”), how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Account info you give us: name, email, brokerage, phone, and license number.
• Deal and client info you enter to run analyses and generate reports, including client names and property details.
• Payment info: processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing details (such as your subscription status and card brand/last four) but not your full card number.
• Usage and device data: basic analytics and error logs to keep the Service working and improve it.

How we use it

To provide and operate the Service, generate your reports, process payments and manage subscriptions, provide support, send service and (with your consent where required) marketing emails, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

Service providers we share with

We use trusted providers to run DealLens, and share only what’s needed for them to perform their function:

• Supabase — account database and authentication.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• RentCast — property data and comparable sales.
• Google Places — address autocomplete.
• Anthropic — AI features such as term-sheet scanning (document content is processed to extract terms).
• Resend — transactional and notification email.
• Vercel — hosting; Sentry — error monitoring.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for login sessions and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention and security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your rights

You can access or update your account information in the app, or ask us to correct or delete your data. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights to access, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email us. We won’t discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children

DealLens is for real estate professionals and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll post the new date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
